Diced fresh mango works well here, adding a pop of tart flavour to the rich dough. I added pistachios for crunch and a cardamom for a little bit of spice.

For this smoothie, a rich purple colour was the goal so I started with blueberries and sweet cherries. The flavour wasn’t quite there so I added some mango. That did the trick.
This smoothie features peaches, mango, and carrot juice. I found the smell and taste of the carrot juice overpowering and not entirely pleasant. Fragrant passion fruit juice masked the carrots completely.
This is the easiest smoothie recipe I’ve ever made: equal parts unsweetened mango juice, fresh or frozen strawberries, and fresh or frozen mango.
